From age 3yr-7yrs. This class develops their motor skills, basic Taekwondo foundations and outlines the importance of discipline and Taekwondo etiquettes at an early age. A fun class for beginners with warm up games and kick shields for motivation.

From age 7yrs-13yrs. White and Yellow belts.

5:15pm - 6:15pm

From age 7yrs-13yrs. Mixed belts. Popular class for beginner to intermediate levels. This class introduces sports Taekwondo and traditional all in one, focusing on fitness, strength and self defence to improve confidence. It's the birth class for future Taekwondo athletes and black belts.

From age 14yrs and over. For beginners.

Seniors Traditional

From age 14yrs and over. Blue, Red and Black belts. For the serious Taekwondo practitioners, focusing on high level sparring and technical training programmes. Train with state, national and international team members. Future Coaches/Referees are also developed and trained here. It's the birth class for Australian Team Representatives and Olympic hopefuls.

This is a tough class which will dramatically improve fitness/strength and sparring mentality.

This is a great class for mums and dads that want to keep fit while learning the basic strikes, foot work, self defence while keeping the heart rate at a medium heart rate. For those that are unsure about martial arts training, come and try this class! You’d wish you started earlier! No uniforms, no belts required.

A great fun class for juniors and seniors of all levels to improve the traditional side of Taekwondo and at the same time prepares the student for future gradings.
