I have been involved in martial arts since 1982 age of 7. I started with WTF Taekwondo and then during the years have I have trained in ITF Taekwondo and Shotokan Karate. Now I am member of Just kicks Taekwondo and Instructor at the Cheltenham branch. I love to teach the sport to others and to pass and share my knowledge to my students.
When I was younger I have competed in many competitions and Tournaments (in Europe) in WTF Taekwondo and have achieved many medals in Sparring. Recently I have represented South Australia at the Gold Coast Open in Gold Coast 2010, and won a silver medal in Poomsae. I also won the 2010 National Championships at the A.I.S in Canberra in poomsae for my division. One day I would love to represent Australia in poomsae.
My goals for the future are to help my students and other people involved in the sport achieve their goals and more, encourage people to aim higher and set high long term and short term goals for themselves as a path of self improvement and improvement in the sport. My goals for the future are to provide a safe, positive and encouraging environment for the students to express their inner selves through the art of Taekwondo.
